What type of payments do you accept?
We accept advance payment by check and/or COD. To set up an account with us - Net 30 term, please submit a list of trade and bank references for credit approval. We accept credit card payments - VISA/MASTERCARD ONLY.

How do we place an order?
You may send us your purchase order by phone, fax, email or regular mail. Please provide the specific part/item numbers and reference ( PO ) number - for easy tracking and order identification. Please indicate your BILLING address and SHIPPING address as well.

Where can we check/track our order?
To check the status of your order please contact us. We will be glad to provide you the tracking number/AWB placed on your order. When shipped via UPS, you can check online and track your order using the purchase order number ( PO #) or any other references you provided us at time you placed your order.

What are your shipping methods? How long does it take before we can receive it?

It is usually up to the customer (international or domestic) which carrier is preferred. We can send it freight-collect if the customer has an existing account with most common carriers - UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, Airborne, etc.
For local orders, we ship it via UPS Standard Ground, which takes at least 2 days within California , and 4-7 days for other states.
For international orders we ship via USPS-EMS or UPS Worldwide Standard Services, unless otherwise requested. Shipping takes about a week, excluding customs clearance.
